This is what Greg ate recently. It is called balut, a Filipino specialty. It is a 15-21 day old duck fetus/egg, hardboiled. He was brave enough to eat two of them. To get the full effect enlarge the picture to catch all the details like the eye, feather and foot. YUM,YUM!
